Newly indexed does not always mean newly published. Study types come from publisher or PubMed metadata, which may be incomplete for new records. Labels are not quality ratings. Full articles may require publisher access.
The desk keeps its last usable results when a source is unavailable. Source failures and retained records are labeled. Headlines update; AZFPT does not automatically generate treatment advice from new papers.

FOR PATIENTS & CAREGIVERS
Begin with patient-oriented sources. A single new study may not change your care plan.
Explore guideline patient resources →Patient education about movement, prevention, and physical therapy.
Research explanations that include the certainty and limitations of evidence.
Prepare questions for your clinician →PubMed searches cover orthopedics, sports and tendons, aging and balance, neurologic and vestibular rehabilitation, exercise and movement, and guidelines and reviews. Topic terms are restricted to titles, abstracts, and author keywords. PubMed records must mention physical therapy or therapeutic exercise, or pair rehabilitation with movement terms such as gait, balance, or strength. This favors relevance over completeness and may miss useful studies. Searches focus on the past 180 days and retrieve a limited recent selection, not every relevant study. BJSM items come from Online First and Editorials feeds. Editorials are viewpoints, not treatment recommendations.
Duplicate records are combined by DOI or source identifier where available. Original publication dates and last-check times are distinct. No abstracts, paywalled articles, or publisher PDFs are republished here. This is general education, not individual medical advice.
